Can we buy shoes directly from you?

We do not sell shoes directly from any of our facilities.

Where can I purchase your products?

Klaveness:

Our products are sold through many different stores all over Scandinavia. You can find an overview of these on our web site.

What do you charge for the different styles?

Klaveness:

We do not have suggested retail prices, contact your local supplier for more information on prices in your area. Prices can vary geographically.

Customer:

In which sizes are the shoes delivered in?

Klaveness:

Most of our styles comes in whole and half English sizes. Most styles range from 2,5 to 10, but also from size 2 in some models. Our folklore shoes also come in whole and half numbers. One model delivered from size 1½. Men folklore shoes are delivered from size 6 and up to size 14 in one of the models.

Do you make and sell custom made footwear?

Klaveness:

Yes, we produce custom made footwear. If you suspect you have a need for this it is best to contact your GP for a professional assessment, he or she can refer you to a local orthopedic clinic. Some countries refund patients with need for special adapted footwear.

Customer:

Can I change the buckles on my folklore shoes?

Klaveness:

Yes, you can change the buckles on all of our folklore shoes. These can often be bought in the same store as you buy your shoes.

Customer:

Do you sell white or blue folklore shoes?

Klaveness:

Yes we sell both blue and offwhite folklore shoes, but only on selected styles. Please contact your local retailer for more information.

Customer:

Do you sell children’s folklore shoes?

Klaveness:

No this footwear only come in adult sizes.

Customer:

I want to complain on footwear purchased from you, who should I contact?

Klaveness:

If you wish to return Klaveness footwear bought from third-party retailers, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer you bought it from. They will be able to help you thought the complaint process. The complaint form on our website is only meant for retailers, we do not have the possibility to process complaints received directly from end consumers.
